How
Power Prompt is governed
A clear and simple explanation of
our legal framework
A transparent contractual structure
Power Prompt is designed for professional use. To ensure clarity, security and compliance, we rely on a clear set of complementary documents, each covering a specific aspect of the service. You don’t need to be a lawyer to understand them - this page explains how everything fits together.
Which documents apply when you use Power Prompt?
Your use of Power Prompt is governed
by the following documents:
1. Terms of Use
These define how the platform can be accessed and used, including:
- who can use the service,
- acceptable use rules,
- content ownership,
- security and availability,
- limitations of liability.
This document applies to all users of the platform.
2. Terms of Sales
These cover the commercial relationship, including:
- subscription plans,
- pricing,
- invoicing,
- payment,
- renewal and termination conditions.
This document applies to customers who subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
When we process personal data on behalf of a customer, this agreement applies. It explains:
- roles and responsibilities under GDPR,
- security measures,
- use of sub‑processors,
- what happens to data at the end of the contract.
Power Prompt acts as a data processor, and the customer remains the data controller.
4. Privacy policy
Some personal data is processed by Power Prompt for its own purposes, such as:
- account management,
- billing,
- customer support,
- security and abuse prevention,
- legal compliance.
These cases are covered by our Privacy Policy.
5. Specific agreements (if any)
If we sign an order form, proposal or specific agreement together, it applies in addition to the standard documents.
Which document prevails if something seems unclear?
Each document applies only to its own scope.
If two documents were ever to conflict, we apply the following priority order:
- Any specific agreement or order form
- The Data Processing Agreement (for personal data processing)
- The Terms of Sale (commercial matters)
- The Terms of Use (platform access and usage)
This structure ensures consistency and legal certainty.
Who is responsible for what?
Customers
Customers are responsible for:
- managing user access and permissions,
- ensuring lawful use of the service,
- reviewing and validating outputs,
- complying with applicable regulations in their own context.
Power Prompt
Power Prompt is responsible for:
- providing and securing the platform,
- acting on customer instructions when processing data,
- ensuring reasonable availability and security,
- complying with applicable laws and regulations.
AI and third‑party services: an important clarification
Power Prompt may rely on third‑party services, including AI providers.
Please note:
- Power Prompt does not control third‑party AI models.
- Outputs depend on prompts, configuration and external providers.
- AI‑generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Customers remain responsible for reviewing and using outputs.
- Personal data processed on behalf of customers is not used to train generic AI models, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Power Prompt is a tool, not a decision‑maker.
What happens when a subscription ends?
When a subscription ends:
- access to the platform is stopped,
- customers should export their data before termination,
- data handling follows the rules defined in the Data Processing Agreement (for personal data).
Some data may be retained temporarily where required for security, legal or compliance reasons.
